The on-site thermal spa offers beauty and wellbeing treatments. Guests enjoy a free 1-hour session in the spa per day. The spa offers fango anticellulite treatments, back cleansing, hydromassage with centella asiatica, and various massages (anticellulite, firming, total/partial lymph drainage, antistress). Other treatments include AYURLIPO, AYURUP, honey massage, Californian massage, Ayurveda massage, Tao massage, Lomi Lomi massage, hot stone massage, and aromatherapy. The spa also offers facials, eyebrow shaping, waxing, therapeutic treatments, mesotherapy, thermal mud baths, thermal baths with/without hydromassage and ozone, frigotherapy, massage with arnica creams, cervical massage, reflexology, connective tissue massage, paraffin treatments, manicures/pedicures, and wellness packages.

Hotel Terme Villa Teresa is in Forio di Ischia, in the heart of the island overlooking the Citara Bay. Marina di Corricella is worth visiting for shopping.
